Buying direct matters — tivitron.com is the only address we trade from. Anything else selling under our name is a copycat.

What happens after you press confirm

  1. Payment. You are taken to the encrypted payment step. Tivitron receives a confirmation flag, never the card number itself.
  2. Provisioning. Your line is generated automatically on the London edge and bound to your email address.
  3. Delivery. An email arrives with the portal address, username, password, M3U link and XMLTV guide URL. Usual wait is under seven minutes; if it is slow, look in the junk folder before worrying.
  4. Setup. Install IBO Player, register the device on the IBO portal and paste the line in. The installation walkthrough has screenshots for every platform.

Something not right? Message the number in the corner of this page or write to [email protected]. Someone answers around the clock, including Saturday afternoons. The contact page lists every route through to us.
